About us
Our school vision of ‘Dream, Drive, Duty, Dazzle’ underpins everything we do at Rowanfield.
We believe every single one of our pupils can – and will – achieve. We work closely with our school community to win their hearts and minds. Through the support and experiences we offer, we help them to overcome some of the disadvantage they might face. Although we are in a deprived area, we are not deprived of ambition or expectation!
Our large team of professionals boast a wealth of experience and an abundance of enthusiasm. Although we are a larger than average (3 form entry) school, our internal staffing structures and strong systems & procedures ensure staff feel supported.
Well-being and mental health are a priority at Rowanfield and this is woven throughout the curriculum. We are fortunate to boast two experienced Pastoral Teams who offer a variety of support and interventions for the children and their families. They are at the heart of our school.
